Welcome to my course, Create Upsell Model with Microsoft Excel, as the title says, here we are going to use only Microsoft excel to build a financial model that assists in increasing upselling of the business.

In the course, first, we will understand what is upselling, the benefits, and finally how to do it our self.

TO build an upsell model, we will also understand the elements related to it, the process  and how we going to use them with the model, to increase our end sales.

Now, upselling, in general, doesn’t need any system to do, as long as you are trying to upsell to everyone, but having a model that can identify them, helps in focusing and reducing the errors, also increase customer engagement.

Using excel we can do alot of modelings, and Upsell is not a new thing, Microsoft excel has the abilities and the setup to build all those various models indeed.

While we will build the model only using excel, you need a system to collect the information of sales, and the client base (a CRM system), but once you have arranged the information in excel sheet, it will be enough to develop this simple and powerful system.
