Each level of coaching brings its own set of challenges that are different from other levels. And coaching young children, especially toddlers, is obviously NO exception : very short attention span and undeveloped skill, the need for various fun and exciting learning games especially appropriate and designed for this age, etc.

I’ve created this original course to help soccer coaches from all around the world to embrace those challenges.

“Learn how to teach Early Years Soccer” is an indoor outdoor program designed to introduce preschoolers to soccer for the first time.

You will be able to:

– recognize the needs and characteristics of this age group in order to design highly creative and fun sessions (young children’s specific attention span, motor and cognitive abilities, how to build and run a session, instructor expected behavior) ;

– use a internationally proven method tailored for young children to help structure their classes ( a progressive and highly entertaining way to introduce elementary soccer and motor skills) ;

– design activities with direct parents participation (why parents active participation matters and how to involve them, the importance of the child/coach/parents triangle) ;

– create a year-round EYS program (what is an annual session plan why it is necessary) ;

– enhance their EYS program to accompany your own students’ further development (how to grow and diversify your EYS project) ;

– get access to ressources such as skill cards, premade activity and session plans, templates, yearlong teaching plan and more ;

– … and RUN YOUR OWN EARLY YEARS SOCCER PROJECT!
