Cycle awareness is the best way to live a healthy and balanced life as a woman. In your cycle you can see how you are doing in your health, emotionally and mentally. It is up to you whether you live with the flow of your cycle or constantly struggle against your inner rhythm.

Most of the time we work against our cycle and not WITH it!

We are not really educated about our cycle. When we get it, we often see it as something negative and have the impression that it makes us the “weaker sex”.

Sometimes we want our periods gone because they can be so painful and inconvenient in our lives.

Our cycle, if properly understood, can be a source of energy and inspiration for our lives. We just have to learn how, and we have often not been taught that.

Do you also notice that you feel different from one week to the next and that you are not the same? Our cycle has four different phases and we do not always “tick” in the same way in all of them. Sometimes we are labeled as “moody” when we are just out of balance with our cycle.

The Course Structure

The Power of Your Cycle Program gives you everything you need to understand your cycle and adjust the areas in life such as diet, exercise, scheduling (private as well as professional) and love life afterwards.

You get more energy and wellbeing as you open up to your deep, authentic, inner femininity.

You will be guided through the phases of your cycle by Sira and Elisabeth and you will learn from their self-study in this topic and their private and personal experiences. The course is planned so that you have enough time to go through the individual modules. So you can not only understand the techniques but also really internalize them and integrate them into your life.

The course consists of preparatory videos and a 4-week journey through each phase of the cycle. You can watch a video of 10-20 minutes every day and use it as an integration on the weekend.

This means that the course is ideally suited to fit into a busy schedule and you can learn everything about the phase you are in at the rhythm of your cycle.

Next we go into the hot phase of summer and go through all areas of your life.

Part 4: Inner Fall

From the Yang to the Yin phases of your body: We talk about autumn and go through all areas of your life.
