Aging is a complex process that occurs as a result of a combination of factors, including genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors.

  1. Cellular aging: Our cells naturally age over time, which can lead to decreased function and increased vulnerability to disease. As cells age, they loose the ability to divide and replicate, which can lead to the deterioration of tissues and organs.
  2. DNA damage: Over time, our DNA can become damaged by things like exposure to UV radiation, toxins, and other environmental factors. This damage can lead to mutations that can contribute to the aging process.
  3. Telomere shortening: Telomeres are the protective caps on the ends of chromosomes that shorten as cells divide, shortening of telomeres with each cell division, and as telomeres become shorter, cells become less able to divide and replicate, leading to cellular aging.
  4. Inflammation: Chronic low-grade inflammation can contribute to the aging process by causing damage to cells and tissues over time.
  5. Hormonal changes: As we age, our hormone levels change, which can contribute to the aging process. For example, decreased levels of estrogen in women and testosterone in men can lead to decreased muscle mass and bone density.
  6. Lifestyle factors: Lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and stress can also play a role in the aging process. For example, a diet high in processed foods and low in fruits and vegetables can increase the risk of chronic diseases that are associated with aging.

It’s important to note that the aging process is not fully understood, and ongoing research continues to explore the underlying mechanisms and potential ways to slow or reverse the aging process.

Face yoga is a good practice that involves performing specific exercises and movements with the muscles of the face to improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles and improve overall facial appearance. These exercises can include things like smiling, frowning, and massaging the muscles. Face yoga can help to improve blood circulation and reduce stress, which will lead to healthier, more youthful looking skin.

Face yoga benefits include:

  1. Improved skin tone: By exercising your face muscles, you will improve blood circulation and increase the production of collagen, which will lead to firmer, more toned skin.
  2. Reduced wrinkles: By working on your face muscles, face yoga can help to strengthen the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
  3. Increased muscle strength:  By working on your face muscles, face yoga can help to increase muscle strength, which will lead to a more youthful-looking appearance.
  4. Stress relief: Face yoga can help to reduce stress and tension in the facial muscles, which can lead to a more relaxed and calm appearance.
  5. Improved self-confidence: By improving your appearance, face yoga can help to boost self-confidence and self-esteem.

It has been proven that face yoga and face yoga exercises with regular practice help against aging, improve the structure and quality of the skin and prevent it from sagging. Facial muscles are no different from the rest of the body. There are over 50 different muscles in the face, not all of which are used on a daily basis. Muscle inactivity makes the skin loose and leads to premature aging. If you practice face yoga regularly, you can make your entire face stronger and more youthful.

The course lasts 4 weeks and each week you have to perform 7 exercises a day, or a total of 28 exercises. Each week there are 7 specific exercises that you repeat for 7 days in a row. Repetition helps you master the technique and at the end of the course you can do exercises without guidance exactly where you remember them at the moment.

In addition, each week there is one specific task to which I ask you to devote 20 minutes. It helps to understand the patterns and habits that either support you or hurt you.

As bonus in the course you will find plenty of information about natural cosmetics, oils and neck massage technique.

NB! This course has added closeups to the videos so it would be in slow motion and visible how the correct position is really done. All to make sure it is perfectly easy to do it at home.
