What’s involved?

Each day of this course has around 20 minutes of content.

  1. Firstly, there’s a knowledge session – this explains the technique for that day.
  2. Secondly, there’s a 5 question multi-choice quiz on the technique for that day.
  3. Thursday, there’s a guided practice session with minimal prompts – on some days, this may simply consist of bells that ring at regular intervals to keep you on track.

Something you’ll quickly find is that meditation liberats more time than it consumes.
